Koristite vaginalnu kremu za dugoro\u010dne u\u010dinke ili lubrikant na bazi vode neposredno prije seksa.<\/li><li>Ako mislite da uzrok va\u0161e nelagode mo\u017ee biti alergija na odre\u0111ene tvari, poku\u0161ajte identificirate \u0161to Vas mo\u017ee nadra\u017eiti i izbjegavajte sve proizvode koji sadr\u017ee taj sastojak.<\/li><li>Koristite proizvode s prebioticima koji \u0107e odr\u017eati i unaprijediti Va\u0161e vaginalno zdravlje.
