Intimna regija ima specifi\u010dnu mikrobiolo\u0161ku floru, gde su dobre bakterije u ravnote\u017ei sa drugim vrstama bakterija.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-karopharma-free-text pt-large pb-large bg-center bg-cover bg-no-repeat\" style=\"background-image:url()\"><div class=\"free-text-wrapper container max-w-medium text-left\">\n<p>Mikroorganizmi koji \u017eive u na\u0161im vaginama su osetljivi na antibiotike, sapune i druge jake hemikalije. Dobra vaginalna higijena treba da o\u010duva i podr\u017ei dobre bakterije i da odr\u017ei vaginalni pH koji je optimalan za njihov rast. Po\u0161to je vaginlna higijena obi\u010dno te\u0161ka tema, mi smo napravili spisak smernica koje \u0107e Vam pomo\u0107i da bolje vodite ra\u010duna o Va\u0161oj intimnoj regiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-heading-h2 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pranje Va\u0161e vagine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dobru vaginalnu negu, mo\u017eete oprati intimnu regiju jednom dnevno sa mlakom vodom ili blagom penom\/rastvorom koji ne sadr\u017ei sapun, parfem ili boju, a koja je specijalno dizajnirana za upotrebu oko vagine. Vi\u0161e nije uvek bolje: \u010de\u0161\u0107e pranje od jednom dnevno ili kori\u0161\u0107enje sapuna ili \u0161ampona mo\u017ee da poremeti ravnote\u017eu flore.ako adekvata te\u010dnost za intimnu higijenu nije dostupna, bolje je koristiti samo vodu. Ako tu\u0161iranje ili kupanje niije mogu\u0107e (kampovanje, duga putovanja i dr.) preporu\u010duje se koris\u0161\u0107enje intimnih maramica koje ne sadr\u017ee sapune\/losione, parfem ili jake hemikalije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-heading-h2 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prevecija i zdravstveni saveti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaginalna higijena nije samo pranje. Postoje mnogi faktori koji mogu da promene ravnote\u017eu mikroba kao \u0161to su seksualna aktivnost, no\u0161enje sinteti\u010dkog ve\u0161a ili uklanjanje stidnih dlaka. Ne mo\u017eemo uvek izbegavati te faktore, ali treba da ih budemo svesni kako bi vodili vi\u0161e ra\u010duna o na\u0161em vaginalnom podru\u010dju kada je to potrebno. Postoje razli\u010diti na\u010dini za uklanjanje stidnih dlaka, a njihovi efekti se razlikuju. Ono \u0161to je ve\u0107ini zajedni\u010dko jeste da izazivaju svrab i iritaciju u intimnoj zoni. Skra\u0107ivanje je najmanje iritativna metoda uklanjanja dlaka. Ako se javlja iritacija, kori\u0161\u0107enje prirodnog proizvoda koji ima umiruju\u0107i efekat i hladi mo\u017ee da pomogne. Seksualni odnos mo\u017ee da promeni pH vagine i samim tim dovodi do neravnote\u017ee bakterijske flore i zato je dobra ideja da perete intimnu regiju posle seksa. Izbegavajte no\u0161enje sinteti\u010dkih pantalona ali nosite pamu\u010dni donji ve\u0161 koji \u0107e omogu\u0107iti ko\u017ei da di\u0161e. Najbolje je da spavate bez donjeg rublja. Kada se bri\u0161ete nakon odlaska u toalet, uvek se obri\u0161ite od napred prema nazad, kako bi se izbeglo da crevne bakterije ulaze u vaginu.
